【Important Notices】
・Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time so we can begin as scheduled.
・You will be asked to sit on a cushion on the floor. Chairs are available if sitting on the floor is difficult.
・The meditation hall is a quiet space. During zazen, please keep silent and follow the monk’s instructions.
・Please wear modest, comfortable clothing that allows you to sit easily (no very short skirts or revealing outfits).
・Photography is allowed before and after the meditation, but not during the zazen session itself.
・This is not a counseling or therapy session; it is a cultural and spiritual experience.
